Yeah someobody did a fan dub, I remember this episode being on Toonami, and the voices actors from this episode are the one's they kept throughout the android, cell, and majin buu saga, and Dragonball GT. This was dubbed by fans. I mean, not to bad though, sounded a bit off, but some of the voices would match nicely.
