ok so this song, which is one of my fav all time gwen stefani songs, is about her past relationship with TOny Kanal (from no doubt whom she dated for a while.) The "new gf" in this video is his REAL LIFE gf Erin Lokitz. The song is about moving on to a new relationship but still remainging very good friends with the ex.
